Legalisation of Cannabis and Tobacco Cultivation

Following is submitted on the subject:
1, If you can't contains the corruption eliminate the process. If we can't contain the drugs
trafficking and abuse, we need to eliminate the need of these very drugs and liquors.
2, To spoil self or other, drug and liquor is the best bet, so called love jihad and narco
jihad - terms being in use in Kerala, U. P. and few other states and countries is it's social
ramification which further leads to grey market of body and its parts.
3, Movie Udta Punjab was just a trailor which found out to be true, which was supposed
to be a major cause of political reshuffle during 2017 state election.
It is observed that children as low as ten years found to be consuming- cough syrup,
taking capsules, inhaling eraser, boot polish in many part of country and in Delhi
Hanuman Mandir Cannaught circus offers all kind of these materials.
4, Your good self may like to see movie or take feed back of--"Jack Reacher never go
back", which at one time days there is more drugs available on the roads of New Orleans
then Afganistan can supply, and defence contractors of US is engaged in drug
trafficking.
5, Partial ban or segregated ban like in Gujrat and Bihar cause more harm than do goods,,

6, The very thought of the government earning from the taxes collected from the sell of
liquors, cigarette and other narco substances is not only sickening but a satanic. It is more
than just an enemy of the very public to whom it is supposed to serve with all goodness
and all good intentions. Sloganeering on Gandhi ji birthday is basically an advertisement
in promotion of drugs, whereas imprinting warning and horrible images on cigarette and
bidi packets and enjoying from the taxes on these is an indication of government dubious
behaviour.
7, The earning from the taxes collected from the sell of liquor and cigarette is always
found to be much lesser than the expenditure incurred on treatment of diseases caused by
these substances.
8, It is surprise that tea and coffee with milk and suger are not included in the narco list
which in fact are bigger evil breeding substances to individual, family, country and to the
whole world than any other narco substances be it hash, heroine and LSD. Addiction of
Tea and coffee with milk and sugar is much bigger than that of Liquor- wine. Further this
tea and coffee with milk and sugar causes immense pain to female's mother- Gai, Ganga,
Gauri
i. e. cow, river and earth that is to our entire being.
9, It is said that liquor is need of those who are deputed to serve the death, consequently
liquor is submitted to Kal bhairav ( Ujjain) and also distributed to disciple and visitor as
his prasad (for this very reason that armies are in the service of death hence wine is being
allowed in armed forces but not to the police Personnels). Rest so called narco
substances- Opium, cannabis, in its raw form submitted to Lord Shiva, these substances
relaxes the neuro where as liquors - wine blinds the senses. This is the basic reason why
crimes can be committed after drinking liquor- wine but not after a joint or smoke of
cannabis.
This also one reason why saints and sadhus take the help of cannabis whereas family'
men take cannabis just as a prasad offered by sadhus and restrict themself to the use of
tobacco- bidi and hukka in normal circumstances.
They have a saying: "daru kranti karati hai, ganja shanti lata hai. Dar kisi bhi shant
vyakti se koi bhi crime kara sakti hai, ganja kisi bhi criminal ko shanti ke marg par, la
sakta hai".
10, ordinarily every living being ( so with the humans) is free to decide what he will do,
what he will eat, drink and where he will live, sleep albeit following with societal norms.
In the circumstances of slavery and bondages, slaves are supposed to follow the dictates
of there masters and it is the master who decides what slave will do, what slave will wear
(and bear), what slave will eat, drink and, smoke, where and when slave will sleep.
Though the option of running away or killing the master or get killed or suicide is always
open to slaves but to follow the same rules and regulation even after the freedom is
acquired indicates that one belongs to slave mentality otherwise how come government is
concern what one eats, drinks and smoke, these are individual, family and at the most
social issues and has to be left to them only.

1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs at the United Nations Commission on
Narcotic Drugs (CND) on 9 December 2020. The resolution was passed with 27 member
countries voting in favour, 25 against, and one abstention".

thread. That the US had canvassed strongly in 1961 for strict regulation of cannabis
as it criminalised its usage. Now, several US states have decriminalised cannabis and
there is growing public opinion for de-criminalising cannabis, the US has favoured
the plant being taken off the strict control schedule. India voted for the resolution to
reclassify cannabis at the UN.
The UN decision to reclassify cannabis, however, would not immediately change the way
it is being regulated by countries across the world. Still, it is expected that the UNCND
decision would lead to an international protocol to legalise cannabis.
12, India so far have not legalise cannabis. Arrest are still being made.

14, we all are appalled by the following news
Mundra Port: Nearly three tonnes of heroin seized at Gujarat port, 21 September 2021,
15, Many says that this seizure at Mudra Port is very small part of trafficked drugs, which
is supposed to escalate further because of obvious reasons of America and NATO
leaving the Afganistan.
It is well known fact that countries like Afganistan and Columbia got spoil because of
Opium and Coco and there inability to protect there boundery.
16, in view of above, specially point number one, will it not be prudent to leave this issue
of cultivation and consumption of cannabis and tobacco to the wisdom of society and
allow society the cultivation of tobacco and cannabis- freely and fearlessly albeit under
the watchful eyes of senior citizens..
There can not be better tribute to saints and sadhu for having them freedom in this regard
as well. For common people it is all the better for them to- produce there cake, prepare
there cake, decorate there cake and have ( eat, drink, smoke) it too.
