Subject: Views on planned sale at Rajneesh-Osho Ashram Puna, by Osho international foundation-Zurich, ‘A place of national and international importance can be regarded as heritage site- Regarding

Following is submitted on the subject:
1). Does Rajneesh (Osho) ashram at Pune not qualify for to be the place of national and international importance? Large section of people including those who are putting effort in opposing the sale done at Osho ashram thinks so as the fact remains that he is the second great orator after Gautam Buddha Bharat has gave birth to. Can this not be a sufficient reason to look into the matter of sale from broader perspective?
2). Some in west did call Sh. Rajneesh as Satan, for others Rajneesh was and still considered so –Rebel, Critic, Acharya, Guru, An enlightened human being, New Buddha, Master of powerful and who’s-who, Bhagwan-God and now broadly known as Osho Who gave sufficient to change the very thought process of an ordinary, teachers leaders and thus gave enough to change direction and destiny. Almost all the leader and speaker of some credential do read him and hear him to have wider perspective and bigger horizon on the subject, Such are revered and place of such is revered.
3). Whatever one call Shri Rajneesh-Osho, but he was and he is a thorough India, not that only ;we say so but others did say so and acted accordingly, that is, when Shri Rajneesh was declared as a persona non grata by and sent back by America, no country allowed his plane to be landed except his home country, that is our India. If it is so how come these Zurich's become the owner of Osho international foundation (OIF)?, OIF deserves to be headed by Indian living in India only.
4). Osho ashram India does involve lot of money and was eyed to loot it and loot public through it, which has well begin just after his unceremoniously come back, but loot and misappropriation of fund enhanced after his Samadhi.
After Samadhi of Osho few bunch of gentlemen rascals amongst trustee- start calling Ashram as meditation resort in place of simple ashram, tightened their hold on powerful library cum research centre so much so that, that they didn't allowed anybody to have copy or photocopy of book of importance eg. Three books titled as ‘Books of Book’ contain around eighteen hundred pages and many such others containing oceanic information and wisdom. These converted Bhojnalay as a good court cum bar,, wherein the work of utensil cleaning put up on contract, unlike at the time of Rajneesh-Osho when everything was done by volunteers, Late mr Vinod Khanna Minister did cleaned the utensils their.
It is an observation that ashram had been tried enough to be converted into luxurious meditation resort so as to earn more to siphon more, this deserves to be thoroughly checked since the time of Samadhi of Osho, which can easily be established from locals, disciples, Auto drivers and suppliers of grocery and other item
5). It is also a question wherein from Mr. Rajiv Bajaj accumulated such wealth so as to buy hundred crore land for personal use, and deserve to be investigated. It is said that Mr. Rajiv Bajaj and his family trust have taken sufficient advantage of Respected Shri Jamuna lal Bajaj ji to erect his empire. Further it is said that wealth so accumulated contains money from over invoicing of plant and machinery procured for Power plant, automobile factory and under payment to the supplier of parts and spare parts and service contractors, the fact can easily be verified and deserve investigation.
6). Further, Osho experimentation on dhyan needs larger attention he says- those who are broken can do yoga and get an unity but what the yogi will do?, Yogis dance, the master yogi recite flute and dance, the krishna, the Shiva dance do Natraj, Bhairav or simple and playful dance. On this very understanding Rajneesh- Osho says; if one can dance one is bound to be yogi and so got developed various dance cum meditation processes- Dynamic meditation, Natraj dhyan, Bhairav etc. which has proven to be very beneficial for health, happiness in contrast to simple yogic exercises which has found to be developing ego as well, it is observed that it is very difficult for the egoist to dance.
Personal experience of many and undersigned do echoes the same sentiment and hence your good self is requested to promote the dance as meditation for young as well as old.

7). To undersigned Osho ashram is a place of national importance, a thorough research centre, a place which creates chaos and open one up for creation, a pilgrimage centre to rebels and much more along with this offer a scenic and beautiful park built by disciple of Rajneesh on drain of Puna city (which can be replicated in other cities ).
In view of above your good self is requested to act accordingly if need be through parliamentary legislation as well,
