-As Ayodhya being one of the most important places and Ayodhya has vibrancy, dynamism and energy level to become ‘Ayodhya - Religious and Racial capital of the world’, hence submissions regarding various aspects for Excellencies deemed action please,

Following is submitted on the subject:
1) VIEW POINT ON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL(RFP):-
A) Can the owner-Public/Government Vision flow from hired consultant?

-Can the vision of and for Ayodhya be prepared by consultant who is supposed to work as per the written and unwritten dictates of appointee?
-Can the vision be planned, prepared, consulted, hired or even envisioned by procedure?, or, Does the vision happen or arises and is a monopoly of those who live and abide by nature i.e. the Seers, the sages, fakir, or even of normal people? It is different thing that such people does not work in the fashion like that planned or intended by Ayodhya development authority.
Your Excellency is requested and prayed that this hurriedly prepared exercise may be terminated and national/ international request may be made, emissary may be sent to such to suggest plan for Ayodhya, for which billions are looking with Ah! May be the Rama will absolve them with their problem.
It is certain that who so ever will offer the plan- vision will also be able to offer implementation strategy and integrated infrastructure plan along-with finance mobilisation for Ayodhya, which in turn then can be implemented by bunch of government and private agency under the ministry of infrastructure development of centre and state government.
As long as vision is followed, mission is clear and values intact it hardly matters whether it is Singh or Sharma, Ahirwar or Agarwal, Patil or Patel become supervisor or contractor and this entire exercise envisages due diligence on the part of us ‘We the people of India and We the government of India’ while giving go ahead or saying yes for such a important place like Ayodhya for which entire India also fought pitched battle over the year.
B) Point worth mentioning on subject request for proposal and its advertisement in media:

View point: Minor mistakes or an effort for ornamental presentation,

View point: Generally it is taken for granted by every follower that discussion is going on for their religion, Hindu Will think that it is Hindu, Muslim will think that discussion is going on for Muslims, Christians for Jesus, Buddhist For Buddha, Jain for Mahavir,
As far as Supreme Court of India: Hindu is a way of Life, If it is this understanding Ayodhya development Authority is considering than whose way of Life it is going to Promote?

i) Bid Document indicate that published RFP on 26.12.2020 is final, whereas data sheet page point -9, indicate that final RFP will be published (after meeting with interested consultants on 08.01 ) on 13.01.2021,
View point: Inconsistency or misleading RFP,
ii) Date of opening of technical proposal: 28.01.2021, Presentation by Bidders on 05.02.2021 at 11 am at UP Awas and Vikas Parishad Lucknow,
View point: After opening of technical proposal and before opening of financial bid any presentation made by bidders or asked from bidders tantamount to be unfair practice. (It is not mentioned clearly why presentation from bidders asked at the premises of third party and who all will be present during presentation.
iii) Consortium is allowed)-
View point: Post bid Consortium gives sufficient scope to executives to have the way for their choices and undue interference,
POINT NO: 2 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:
iv) Amendment of the RFP is allowed:
View point: that is not freezing of Specification; this gives sufficient scope to executives to have their way-right or wrong,
Point no. 3: SCOPE OF SERVICES
v) Total area: 875.5 SQ KM, Master Plan: 133 SQ KM is currently under preparation, Core city area: 31.50 SQ KM,
View point: Question arises: why piecemeal method that is why only 133 SQ KM in out of 875.5 SQ KM.
vi) Point No 3.2: Scope of work(for Consultancy) has been divided into three activities:
Activity-1: Data collection. Identification of and consultation with various stack holder, critical demand and gap assessment, critical demand and gap assessment,
View point: Undersigned declare itself to be stack holder for all the project at Ayodhya and may like to discuss plan with any or all the consultant appears to be ready for above exercise and further to it, undersigned request all the addresses to make them-self also a stack holder in city of our ICON-Ram.
Activity-2: Establishing the vision and objectives of development, identifying project for infrastructure and tourism development and the spatial planning incorporating the same and detail planning for green field township.
View point: Planning bankruptcy of Ayodhya development authority, hence pushing Ayodhya on consultant driven development.
Activity-3: Preparation of Spatial economic development strategy(brownfield and Greenfield development) preserving and further enriching the religious heritage value on a sustainable basis, Development of integrated infrastructure plan for core city of Ayodhya, preparation of select projects for core city of Ayodhya and business and financial mobilisation for ADAA,
View point: Again Planning bankruptcy of Ayodhya development authority or they want to convey their view through consultant, that is lack of courage, clarity on the part of government in its own dealing, A very sorry state of affair which is pushing development of Ayodhya as consultant driven development. As Such this calls for larger public participation in development of Ayodhya

The bidders shall have experience as under:
i) Three similar project of 40 SQ KM,,
ii) Two similar project of 53 SQ KM,
iii) Or One Similar project of 80 SQ Km,
That is 30%, 40% and 60% of area 133 SQ Km,

b) RFP at the outset asks for – ‘Appointment of consultant to prepare the Vision, implementation strategy and integrated infrastructure plan for Ayodhya”, Ayodhya development authority plan to make Ayodhya a global religious and tourism centre by developing it on ancient Vedic city planning principles’
How come experience of ordinary city development be equated with this special requirement,
In fact in at-least last hundred there is not a single city got developed on religious line in the entire world. This can be considered first time activity and as such calls for open competition national if not international, further Ayodhya is a pride of everybody so intervention or initiation by Centre government is must, Nation needs a fresh start for Ayodhya development.
viii) Evaluation Criteria: Marks basis

View point: Officials of executing authority lack experience and expertise in basics of Vedic designing, which further questions there efficacy in judging, evaluating and executing the vary project,
VIEW POINT: ON OVER ALL RFP,
SUBMISSION: This project can be a pride of India and deserves due diligence and national intervention,
(2) VIEW POINT ON RELIGIOUS TOURISM AND AYODHYA:
A) It is said:
तीरथ चाले दोइ जन , चित चंचल मन चोर।,
एक पाप उबरे नहीं, दस नये लाये बांध।।
(Pilgrimage is undertaken by mainly two kind of person – one whose attention is wavering and other who has thief in his mind, such people when visit are not able to wash their one sin but bring ten new)
They say that pilgrimages are mostly undertaken by above kind of people, so to plan for such kind of persons and plan for earnings from these people or to prepare a entire business model of Ayodhya cannot be appreciated as these kind of earning are generally equated with that of vulture who always think of others death, so that they can eat it.
Promotion of Religious and medical tourism are indicative of societal degradation and as such cannot be considered a good proposition for any city-country but definitely not for Ayodhya –Ram place.
B) There appears a conversation with River Ganga, (The River Ganga which is being revered as mother or Ma Ganga and said to be brought on earth by ancestor of Rama the great Bhagirathi).
Ma Ganga: It is said that your great-self washes sins of people; do you really wash sins of the people?
Ganga: Yes.
Ma Ganga – Oh! Really, then Ma you must have collected scores of sin, Ma what do you do with all the sins collected over generations?
Ganga: People find great difficulty in leaving anything and find very much ease in taking, so through the people come here to clean their sin but most of them return with additional sins, many of them also learn new tricks from the masters of cunning arts who cheat them, loot them and even ill treat them in my name wearing all kind of uniform and symbols but by all these activities me remain sin free.
It is very rare to have real devotee at my place and for them me continuously flow and discharge all their sins to Sea, Which in turns send it to cloud and cloud then rain out it to its desirous or new found takers taker.
The real devotee abides by my saying:
मन चंगा तो कठोती में गंगा,( To the pure, everything is pure) and rarely come to me and in a way contribute in my cleanliness as they all know that all living drink water from me, these people stay at their respective place and tries to make their own place like that of pilgrims.
May be we have to restrict visit /travel/picnic at holy places.
C) Tirth-Yatra/Pilgrimage are also being undertaken by avoider of taking side at the time of major conflict or war but these are rare and can be exempted.
Generally tirth-kshetra/pilgrims are abode of Sages and visiting place of Saints, Sadhu’s, Fakirs, Sanyasi, Seekers, Bramhacharies( those whose Acharya is Bramha and not a self -made celibates or forced celibates) and for such peace, tranquillity in the area is of permanent importance.
Above also suggest close/terminate above exercise of making Ayodhya a global tourist destination and looking afresh for Rama-place.
Undersigned pray the almighty, as it is being said that:
हुइये वही जो राम रचि राखा , को करि तर्क बढ़ावहि शाखा।
(Finally that will happen what Ram has written, or whatever Ram is written, will happen).
D) Recently passed year ‘Two thousand twenty (2020)’ has tried to establish the supremacy of virus and bacteria over God and Goddesses, Son of God or Messenger of God or even place like that of Gaya (muktidham) in India, this fact has clearly established that tourism, its supported industry and services can be put to grinding halt at any time and jeopardise the life of people dependent on it and defunct the infrastructure so built upon.
Though tourism at Kashmir or Kerala, Sikkim or Switzerland is different and are undertaken for fun and to appreciate the nature but year Two thousand twenty’ have seen their closure as well- which indicates to take extra precaution while thinking of any new proposal..
Surprisingly with these alarming and clear signals, Ayodhya Development authority is dare-devilling to encourage economy of region from the people who mostly come to beg from the god i.e. economy based on the alms, donation, contribution or share from the expenditure met by such beggars themselves -basically a economy by the beggars, for healthy people and of the strong people, so in all promotion of beggar based economy at the place of Rama.
(E) Like attracts like, Begging attract beggars and people having beggar like mentality, this fact can be appreciated at all most all the religious places of all the religion in India and the world, then question arises is why to promote begging when god has given so much?
Above is enough reason to annul the entire process of making Ayodhya a global tourist centre including the above mentioned request for proposal for appointment of consultant to prepare vision document.
F) It is said that Ma Sita (Sita of Sita-Ram) had forgiven Ram but not people of Ayodhya who forced her un-ceremonial exit from Ayodhya forte to forest and as such her curse loom large on Ayodhya.
It is said in the spiritual circle that Ayodhya and people of Ayodhya will always be entangled in one issue or the other, will not be able to find peace and tranquillity unless they make collective obeisance at her native place Sitamarhi and Janakur, pray there for her forgiveness, make her happy by their work at her native place Sitamarhi and Janakur that is to improve upon the condition of Bihar and Nepal, then only it is possible to improve upon at Ayodhya.
it is further said in a circle, unless these area are not improved situation of Ayodhya will not improve how so ever hard one may try at it , rather harder they try worse it become . We need to pay attention on above.
G) As far as business is concerned and its promotion and profitability is concerned all materialist/ambitious people in order to earn more and more tries to complicate the rule book, these materialist/ambitious people still fear among the masses to promote their business of insurance, terror to promote arm and ammunition, ignorance for education and motivation anarchy and royalty for justice and such materialist/ambitious people sometimes even don’t mind to create dirt and mud for their business of bloom to flourish or their lotus to bloom, divide the public in as many as possible to strengthen their hand and their hands on power. In spiritual circle it is said that these people are working for the master killer –the god-the Shiva, that is why everybody love the Shiva but still keep him or pray him outside the main house.
But, the Larger question arises is how we want ourselves to be? What kind of system of governance we would like to have for ourselves? In answer everybody points it out at Ram Rajya, they say that Ram Rajya was is and will be best after Satyug,
Let’s thank the god that foundation of Ram temple/Ram Rajya has already been laid now it will be prudent of us, if we discuss ‘Why the Ram Rajya was supposed to be the best and how it can be emulated now rather than hurrying up for business, fun and fair.
As they say:
जल्दी का काम शैतान का या हैवान का, शैतानियत का या हैवानियत का (चाहे धर्म का समझ कर ही किया जाये),
सोच विचार कर किया काम, बुजुर्गों का आशीर्वाद लेकर, सब की शुभकामनाएँ लेकर किया काम- भगवान के बन्दे का, भगवान का,
They also say:
मैं-मैं, मेरा-मेरा, शैतानी प्रवृति,
हम-हम, हमारा-हमारा, सज्जन/संत प्रवृति
सब-सब, सभी-सभी, भगवत्त प्रवृति ,
सबका साथ-सबका विनाश या
सबका साथ-सबका कल्याण, - शिवत्त प्रवृति,
3) VISION FOR AYODHYA: A RELIGIOUS CAPITAL OF THE WORLD,
A) As far as undersigned experience is concerned; it is submitted that while taking water from River Saryu and visiting to makeshift Ram temple in two thousand thirteen it is felt that Ayodhya has Dynamism, Vibration and level of energy is to become capital to cater the religious need of all walks of people of the entire world, that is to become world capital of religion (Jerusalem, Mecca and Medina and Vatican caters to the need of select religion) to spread the universalism in its true sense that is universalism not only for humans but for all living and physical forms visible or invisible. Ayodhya can also be a centre to eradicative Racism in the world i.e. Ayodhya - Religious and Racial capital of the world.
Undersigned Penned-down this fact in two thousand fourteen in second edition of its book Mita- life style agenda (Chapter Sixty three: Places of Worship’) and furthered it in another book ‘Divincracy (Divine democracy)’ Revisit of ‘Hind Swaraj’ in the chapter ‘Italy and India’.
Further to it thoughts of undersigned on ‘Governing System, Concurrent problem of India and the world and their probable solutions’ are also placed in Book ‘Sanatni Vaishvik Vyavstha and its Question-Answers (Four hundred approx) in ‘Youtube channel: ‘thedivincrate’ and ‘behtarbiharbehtarbharat’, and can be appreciated accordingly.
B) Following points asks for systemic correction or correction, modification and improvement in system itself i.e. a need for all together new system:
i) How to increase footprint of common people in democracy i.e. participation in the working of system apart from concurrent voting only, which decides members for representative democracy, so to say that currently we have representative democracy in place of democracy.
ii) How to address small-small exploitation of common people in organised and unorganised sector. They say that this mass level social exploitation is because of absence of social security system. People feel to have sense of security through accumulation of money and resources, so everybody is in the rat race without any consideration for fellow being.
iii) How to enhance physical fitness and capability of the people, where to draw line between men and machine.
Can we restart the use of hand operated Wheat, Rice and Spice Grinding and put electric operated flour mill in museum, This can generate enormous employment, reduce health bill of at-least diabetic patients.
iv) Can tree plantation and forest creation be thought of activity as:
Plant a sapling, protect the sapling and enjoy the fruits and become co-owner of jungle so created (with the local government), can we think off closing own the con-current centralised forest department along with this exercise.
v) Can responsibility of imparting education be given in the hand of retired/aged, wise and people i.e. can Sanyas/Banprasth and Bramhacharya be joined to eliminate problem of current education system and that of work and respect to elders and that of old age home. We need to discuss & elaborate up on above rather than devoting time and energy on tourist for fun or darshan or for looting, cheating or for something else.
In Ram-Rajya they say three things – That is Education, Disease treatment and justice (Nyay) was free for all under the watchful system of Varna Vyavstha and Ashram Vyavstha- which in combined known as Varnashram.
May be at this junction of failing world order we may think Ayodhya to offer place of investigation of past facts, research and development on above line then mere thinking of religious tourist destination and un-earn the battle being fought by millions for Rama, Ayodhya and in the hope of some solace or of Ram-Rajya.
C) A communication between Wise one’s and intelligent
i) Wise ones:
If you have problem, go to the temple,
If you don’t want to have problem, go to the temple,
If you are in search of solutions for problem of others, go to the temple,
If you have solutions for problem of others, go to the temple,
If you are getting bored, go to the temple,
If you are capable of relieving others from their boredom, go to the temple,
-And lastly if you nothing left to do at home, neither getting bored nor have any problem then also go to the temple, stay there for forever to bless other,
Intelligent ones: what is this all about? Intelligent ask, If one fight in family, or If one is a new entrant in the locality how come going to the temple praying there, bowing down, Parikrama , taking Charnamrit and Prasadam or even begging there from almighty and then again coming back in the family and same surrounding going to solve our problem and other issues.
जनता चार धाम की यात्रा, यह यात्रा वह यात्रा , सरे धाम वार वार , गंगा सागर एक वार सदियों से करती और सुनती चली आ रही, लेकिन धरातल पर इस सबसे कोई अंतर तो दिखाई देता नहीं , तब यह सब क्या और क्यों?
Wise ones: Right now what you are saying appears to be ok, but above was indicative of, that Temple must be having all the basic facility required by human in their life time and even beyond i.e.
‘जीवन के साथ भी जीवन के बाद भी,
परिवार के साथ भी, परिवार के बिना भी,
It is said:: dharma is the base and Rajniti(Politics) is the superstructure built on this base, Without this or proper base/Dharma Rajniti become baseless, hopeless, helpless and without Rajniti Dharma does not move i.e. remain subdued,
That is to say that all the basic facility must be taken care by Dharm Kshetra-Temple and broader issues by Rajniti (Political establishment)
This understanding led the temple to have “Pakshala, pathshala, Vyayamshala, Nrityashala, Sangeetshala, Swasthyashala, Gaushala, dharmshala, Anusandhanshala, Jyotishshala,
Chikitsalay, pustkalay, Vidyalay, Nyaylay,
Under the watchful eyes of Sanyasi-(the wise one in their Sanyas ashram) assisted by people in their Banprastha Aashram.
That is to say that all the basic facilities and there management has to be there in the temple, and bigger facility one like Viswa Vidalay (university) with the support of Rajniti(Politics).
D) For managing finance for Ayodhya following need to be taken into consideration:
i) There is no hurry, as no dooms day is coming, or if dooms day is coming then what is the hurry, Ayodhya must be built on rightfully earned resources,
ii) Ram got golden part of the Lanka burnt and after winning he did not brought anything from Lanka Ram left the reins of Lanka in the hand of family member of Ravan.
iii) Chankya on the other hand said that if the coffers of government got empty then government should try to bring it from other country ( obviously by defeating and annexing the property) unfortunately this part of the exercise is going on in the world, even the thought process of the many people have become changed,
‘राम राम जपना, पराया मॉल अपना,
अल्लाह अल्लाह कहना पराया मॉल हड़प लेना,
येसु येसु कहना पराये को लूटते रहना,
भगवान का नाम जपना, और दूसरे पर बोझ बने रहना,
E) Finance for Ayodhya (Initial and continuous) needs proper distribution of wealth in the country.
Example:
They say- out of every earning of Hundred –Rupees/dollar/pond, Family at home and Government in country can have following expenditure pattern:
(1) 25% as repayment: to mother and father i.e. to the elder generation, i.e. to Banprasth ashram/kashtriya-leadership, police, army, judiciary
(2) 25% as loan: to son and daughter-to the younger generation/Bhramcharya ashram- students/Sudra-service sector.
(3) 25% as expenditure: to self and spouse i.e. to present generation/Grihastha ashram/business class-to maintain trade and commerce,
(4) 25% as contribution: to grandparents/contribution to society and government, region and religion/Sanyas ashram/Brahmins-teachers, planners, masters, ombudsman.
(5) When one dies his/her will in respect of assets must be respected. If one has not written one's will than distribution of wealth must be discussed in the society; in presence of family member, senior and respected member of society, senior official of government and in wealth distribution of deceased some portion must go the government relief fund as well as for society welfare. This must be on case to case basis.
F) Design or Architect of holy cities: All holy places try to maintain important natural points and depicts as many symbols as possible, any new abode of God can be made by maintaining shapes and symbol which will give peace and tranquillity, wisdom and vision, simplicity and strength, rhythm and harmony to its inhabitants and rightful visitor regardless of their preference for Vedic or modern.
It is said:
वेद -ब्रह्मा के द्वारा,
वैदिक- वह नियम जो ब्रह्मा के द्वारा दिए गए है, अर्थात सृष्टिकर्ता के द्वारा, अर्थात सृजनात्मक- अर्थात प्रकृति के अनुसार नित- नए, नूतन,
i) For Core City: Considering it to be ‘World Capital of race and religion’: They say that following shape/symbol can be considered while finalising important shrine or city:
Centre, Circle, Triangle (Trishul), Square (two right angled triangle joined together),
Cross or Swastika: Symbol of dynamism,
ॐ– Amalgamation of three basic sounds and humming,
Bow and Arrow- symbol of power- Astra-Shastra combined, they say that Ram Setu is built in this shape; Bow and Arrow give strength in one direction only,
Damru: Two semi-spherical joined back to back,
Lotus Flower: Symbol of detachment beauty and serenity during day as well as in night,
Ten directions: Ravan was given title of Dasashan as he was able to keep watch on all ten direction at -i.e. Four direction, four corner, Sky and underground, having control and resource flow from centre like nectar which revive him like phoenix, this centre used to be called as naval-Navi of Ravan.
Ten Direction are required to ascertain natural lighting, natural cooling and heating, altitude, air circulation, earth quack, thundering/lightening flood, draught, year round atmospheric temperature
Garbh Griha: Denoting new life at safe place, getting ready for manifestation,

1) कहते है एक युग था रावण का-वह बहुत ज्ञानी था, उसकी लंका सोने की थी-धन का रखवाला कुबेर उसका कैदी था, सभी बदमाश, सभी शैतान एवं सभी देवता-वरुण, अग्नि, वायु धनवन्तरि, विश्वकर्मा यहाँ तक की यमराज भी उनके यहाँ नमस्कार करते थे, धरती त्राहि-त्राहि करती थी, आकाश उसकी गर्जनाओं से दहल जाता था, आकाश-पताल एवं धरती (अंतरिक्ष-एवं समुद्र के नीचे, पृथ्वी के अंदर) में उसका साम्राज्य था, मनुष्यों की बात क्या साधु-संत से भी जिसके पास पैसा नहीं होता है-उन्हें भी वह परेशान कर लेता था और सारे राक्षस उसके यहाँ पहरा देते थे।
उसके खिलाफ आदमी नहीं, वानर खड़े हुये और-उसकी सोने की लंका को लूटा नहीं, ना हीं अपने साम्राज्य में मिलाया वरन जलाया फिर उसे हरा कर उसी के वंश के सहृदय व्यक्ति को उसके द्वारा शासित-राज्य पर बैठाया।
आज की मौजूदा अंर्तराष्ट्रीय स्थिति देखे तो कुछ ही हाथों में वायु (समाचार माध्यम) जल (समुंद्र), अग्नि (बिजली-जल, वायु, तेल एवं कोयला से, एवं अत्याधिक ऊर्जा-आण्विक, हाइड्रोज़न एवं डायनामाइट से) धरती (अधिकांश देशों में परोक्ष या अपरोक्ष शासन, सारे खनिज पदार्थ एवं धातुएं), अकाश (अंतरिक्ष में सैटेलाइट) - कुबेर (सारे बैंक एवं मुद्रा-डॉलर, येन, यूरो, पौंड एवं इनके द्वारा दुनिया की अन्य मुद्राओं पर परोक्ष या अपरोक्ष नियंत्रण), पाताल, आकाश एवं पृथ्वी (अंतरिक्ष पर आर्कटिक पर समुंदर के नीचे एवं पृथ्वी के अंदर-शोध करना, खनिज एवं तेल निकालना-एवं उसकी पहरेदारी), परमाणु, हाइड्रोजन जैस बम द्वारा पृथ्वी हिल जाती है एवं आकाश दहल जाता है। नशा, समाचार, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य एवं न्यायिक व्यवस्था द्वारा आम मनुष्य क्या, पशु-पक्षी क्या, जानवर क्या, समुंद्री जीव जंतु क्या-साधु संत भी प्रभावित है-परेशान है। ज्ञान का खजाना, लोगों की कमजोरी का रिकॉर्ड, उनके हथेलियों के निशान इनके पास है। भुखमरी से आम आदमी-जंगलों में आग से जंगली जानवर, इंटरनेट की चुंबकीय तरंगों से, हवाई जहाजों से पक्षी, एवं सबमरीन से समुंद्री जीव जंतु सभी परेशान है-बस रावण की तरह, कुंभकरण की तरह, मेघनाथ की तरह दो - तीन चेहरे सामान्य जन को सामने नहीं दिखायी देते अन्यथा हालत वैसे ही जैसे रावण के समय दर्शाये हैं।
आज के युग में इन तथाकथित महानुभावों के पास अपने आप को वास्तव में वैश्विक धरातल पर एक छत्र राज्य करने की एवं अपने आप को धरती का राजा बनाने की योजना है। इस कार्य के लिए यह एक मुद्रा, सीमा रहित देश्, एक भाषा, एक धर्म, एक भगवान जैसे तथाकथित मनमोहना-लुभावने नारे के मध्य अपना कार्य कर रहे है, जिसके लिए इंटरनेट से बिना नकदी के लेनदेन, सभी इंसानो के प्राथमिक रुप से डी.एन.ए. का रिकार्ड रखने की प्रक्रिया-इसके बाद इन सभी को देखने के लिए सभी के शरीर पर एक इलेक्ट्रानिक चिप जो सेटेलाइट से चलने की प्रक्रिया को विभिन्न देशों में विभिन्न तरह से प्रोत्साहित कर रहे है। कुछ विरोधी दिखने वाले या भविष्य में विरोध में खडे होने वाले राष्ट्रो को वायरस छोडकर या वहाँ मीडिया एवं मनी से आंदोलन एव अफरा-तफरी मचवा कर उन्हे सीमित या उनकी घेरा बंदी करने का प्रयास भी जारी है। लेकिन इस सबके बावजूद इनके पास ऐसी कोई जगह नही जो इन्हे चाहे, इनसे नफरत ना करे, इन्हे समाप्त करने के लिए भगवान से प्रार्थना ना करे।
ऐसे में उपायों के बारे में सोच कर ही अच्छे भलों को डर लगता है-साधु संत सो जाते हैं-या राम-राम, यीशु-यीशु, अल्लाह-अल्लाह, गाने लगते हैं, युद्ध की विभीषिका के बारे में कुछ राष्ट्राध्यक्ष जो इनसे दूरी बनाये हुये भी बचे हुए हैं को पसीना आ जाता है-और कुछ पलायनवादी होने की कोशिश करते हैं।
समाधान आम जनता के पास ही हो सकता है-यदि वह कोई है और उसके लिए जनता को अपने आप से अपने समूह से संवाद करना होगा-सहमति बनानी होगी और इनके विरोध में एक नियोजित तरीके से खड़े होना पड़ेगा-और इस प्रयास से हो सकता है कि तथाकथित शक्तिशाली भी आम जनता के प्रतिनिधि से संवाद करें और एक मंथन (churning) हो जिससे दुनिया में जो सार है वह बच जाये और जो जहर है वह अलग हो जाये प्रयास जरूरी है, यह भी बचे रहे, साधु संत भी बचे रहे, ऐसे प्रयासो को गति देने की जरुरत है, जिससे एक सनातनी वैश्विक व्यवस्था का पुर्न:संचार हो।
2) व्यक्ति की जीवन में सात सुख कहे जाते हैं-पहला सुख निरोगी काया, दूसरा सुख पास में माया, तीसरा सुख पत्नी कुलवंती, चौथा सुख पुत्र आज्ञाकारी पाँचवा सुख-हो घेनु घर वासा, छठा सुख हो सज्जन कर वासा, सांतवां सुख हो मृत्यु सुखकारी। इसके विपरीत कहा जाता है कि यदि शरीर रोगी हो, पास में पैसा न हो, पत्नी कर्कशा हो, पुत्र कहना ना मानते हों, घर मे आमदनी का जरिया ना हो, पास पड़ोस में अच्छे लोग न रहते हो एवं मौत आने मे परेशानी हो। आज यदि पूरी दुनिया में देखें तो पहला छठा एवं सातवा सुख तो लुप्त प्राय हो गया है, बाकी सुख भी टुकडो में नजर आते है-तब जब पूरी दुनियां में ऐसे व्यक्ति मिलना मुश्किल है, तो कहा जा सकता है कि स्थिति भयावह है। इस स्थिति से उबरने ने के लिये व्यक्तिगत एवं व्यवस्थागत स्तर पर कार्य करने होंगे, व्यक्तिगत उत्थान के लिए तो प्रयास दिखाई देते है, लेकिन व्यवस्थागत-परिवर्तन, बदलाव या पुर्नत्थान के लिये प्रयासो को बल देने की सामूहिक संकल्प एवं प्रयासों की जरूरत है।
3) सोने की लंका जला दी जाती है एवं सोने की चिड़ियाँ लूट ली जाती है, जरुरत है जीवंतता की-जरुरत है जल-जमींन-जंगल में स्वस्थ जीव जन्तुओ की एवं इनके मध्य पूरी धरती (अर्थ) पर टिकी एक समन्वित व्यवस्था की एक-अर्थ (धरती, पैसा, उद्देश्य) व्यवस्था-अर्थव्यवस्था की।
